Coffee with Protein

Everyone loves fresh coffee and there's nothing fresher than grinding your own coffee beans. Do you grind your own coffee beans? I don't have a coffee grinder so one day I decided to try to grinding coffee beans with my Vitamix blender. It worked perfectly for me and maybe it'll work for you too. Blender
If you watched the video, you noticed I used a Vitamix blender to make my perfect pre-workout drink. I love my Vitamix and whole heartedly recommend it. I also use it to make smoothies and frozen drinks.
Ingredients
I use coffee beans I buy at the grocery store. I love 2% or whole milk for this recipe. The more fat, the creamier the protein coffee. In fact, whole milk is a great substitution for cream. I also use protein powder from HEB or Walmart. Sometimes I'll use chocolate but lately I've been using vanilla. It's your coffee! Find the best ingredients for you!!
Summary
Staying in shape isn't easy, or everyone would be in great shape! We're always finding new ways to motivate ourselves. For me, it's starts with a good pre-workout. I like the warm sensation of coffee along with the pick me up of caffeine. But let's not forget about protein. So if you can get the benefits of coffee, caffeine, and protein all in one drink?
