Hands-on Training
Whether you were certified with PFTA Schools, OR, you were certified elsewhere, OR, you just want hands-on experience for your own benefit, this class is perfect for you. We go over almost all the exercises in the gym, one-on-one training, circuit training, and boot camps. Click the button below to sign up!

Class times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 300pm to 430pm, 8 classes
One-on-One Training
If you work at a gym, most of your clients may request one-on-one training. We get hands-on with most of the exercises at the gym. We also go over muscles, exercise order, sets, reps, and rest time. You and your clients will be in great shape after implementing the knowledge you pick up at our hands-on gym training class!
Boot Camps
Want to learn more about group training or boot camps? We also go over the best way to create exercise programs for group training or boot camps.
Special Equipment
We go over all the machines and free weights in the gym, BUT, we also go over special equipment like TRX bands, stability balls, BOSU balls, medicine balls, slidez, and more. Keep you workouts new and fresh my adding more equipment and more exercises to your routines.
Body Fat Percentage
Many of your clients will want to lose weight and burn fat. Some of your clients may also want to monitor body fat percentage. We'll show you how to give your client a basic fitness assessment so you can track your client's progress.
