If you like to learn in a class setting, then you're going to love our lives classes. 16 hours in the classroom PLUS 16 hours in the gym.
Learn anatomy and physiology in the classroom, THEN, practice what you learn in the gym.

Prerequisites: NONE
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 100pm to 300pm, 8 weeks
OR
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 600pm to 800pm, 8 weeks
Anatomy and exercise are important! But, we recommend adding the nutrition class to round out your education. The nutrition class is 2 weeks, therefore, 10 weeks total.
Anatomy
Muscles
We will go over all the major muscles in your body. We also cover bones, tendons, ligaments, and more.
Exercises
One of the best parts, is going over exercises that emphasize the muscles we cover in class. Learn correct form and exercise technique to target each muscle.
Nutrition
We go over weight loss programs in our personal trainer class, but if you want to add more knowledge to your education, we recommend adding the nutrition class. We'll cover metabolism, macros, supplements, meal planning, and more.
Program Design
We go over exercise order, sets, reps, rest time, and much more. When you are done with class, you'll be able to design workouts for you and your clients.
Course length
As you can see above, the personal trainer class is 8 weeks, 2 classes per week, for a total of 16 classes or about 32 hours.
If you add the nutrition class, the total would be 10 weeks for a total of 40 hours.
But don't worry, if you miss a class, we have videos and notes for you to catch up. Our goal is to help you get certified!
