Full Body, At Home, Workout
Full body workouts are great! And if you can do them at home, even better! A lot of people are choosing to do their workouts at home. If you're looking for a full body, at home workout, check out the video below. You don't need any equipment but if you have some dumbbells, even better! We include 10 exercises that you can easily do at home.

Exercises in the Video:
- Squat
- Flys/Press
- Crunches
- Rows
- Shoulder press
- Shrugs
- Front raise
- Bent laterals
- Curls
- Triceps extensions
I recommend doing a circuit like this or very similar to make sure you are working all the major muscles in your body and you are creating/maintaining muscular balance.
